How to copy pages

1. Locate the edition you would like to edit and click Edit from the bottom grey bar of that edition’s card.
2. Select the Pages tab.
3. Select the page you would like to copy with one mouse click.
4. You can select many adjacent pages by using drag-select. To add pages to your selection, hold down Ctrl (Cmd) while you select additional pages.
   
   
5. Click the Copy selected pages button in the bottom right corner.
   
   
6. Select the preceding page after which the copied pages will be pasted. When you don’t select a preceding page, the copied pages will be pasted at the end of your edition.
7. Click the Paste copied pages button in the bottom right corner.
   
   

So, that’s how you copy and paste pages within the same edition, but it’s also possible to copy pages from one edition and paste them into a different one:

1. Locate the edition that contains pages you would like to copy and click Edit from the bottom grey bar of that edition’s card.
2. Select the Pages tab.
3. Select the page you would like to copy with one mouse click.
4. You can select many adjacent pages by using drag-select. To add pages to your selection, hold down Ctrl (Cmd) while you select additional pages.
5. Click the Copy selected pages button in the bottom right corner and close the Workflow window by clicking X in the upper-right corner.
6. Locate the edition where you would like to paste the copied pages and click Edit from the bottom grey bar of that edition’s card.
7. Select the Pages tab.
8. Select the preceding page after which the copied pages will be pasted. When you don’t select a preceding page, the copied pages will be pasted at the end of your edition.
9. Click the Paste copied pages button in the bottom right corner.
